Conditions of Use

Thank you for interest in supporting local agriculture. The organizers of the RTP Farmfresh project are excited to connect area farmers and growers with local food buyers.  In our first year, we appreciate your patience as we work out the logistics of offering local products online.

 Please note the following guidelines established by RTP Farmfresh  All sales are final.  RTP Farmfresh does not allow any substitutions or returns.  Orders made online cannot be cancelled. Each farmer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase are delivered to the market that Friday afternoon. RTP Farmfresh takes no responsibility for the quality of products delivered to the market. Selected growers outside of the local area may be used for selected produce. These policies put all of the responsibility for providing quality products to our community on the shoulders of our farmers.

RTP Farmfresh is designed to serve as a means for connecting farmers and buyers. Farmers may combine their produce. The organizers of RTP Farmfresh look forward to receiving your feedback on the project. Buyer evaluations will help us to improve the design and efficiency of the project for the future.
